Immerse yourself in festive fun and excitement in our marquee lounge. Engage in games and activities for all ages! Visit our North Pole post office and pen a heartwarming letter to Santa himself. Get creative with Santa’s Elves as you craft magical reindeer food.
Arrive here 45 minutes - 1 hour before your booked time slot. You will be able to go back into the Marquee following your trip to see Santa unless you are on the last booked time slot of the day in which case arrive at least 1 hour prior to your booked time slot as you may not be able to re-enter the Marquee after seeing Santa.
All aboard the Christmas Train for a journey through the dazzling Heart of England site! Glide beneath glittering lights and through picturesque woods as you embark on a tour to Santa’s Workshop. Marvel at the sights and sounds of the holiday season as you travel with our Head Elf as your guide.
Step into a world of wonder as you arrive at our enchanting Santa’s Grotto. Arrive 45 minutes - 1 hour before your time slot and venture into our marquee departure lounge, but watch out for mischievous Elves who add a touch of cheeky fun to the atmosphere!
Introducing an exciting addition to our festivities – the Virtual Reality 4D Sleigh Ride! Join D.A.S.H on a thrilling roller coaster adventure through LapLand’s stunning landscapes. Soar over snow-covered forests, glide across frozen lakes, and experience the enchantment of Santa’s Workshop like never before!
Arrive 45 minutes - 1 hour before your allotted time slot making your way down to our marquee departure lounge but be careful, we have some very cheeky Elves around!
To thank you for your visit, all children visiting Santa's Grotto will receive a small token gift.
The experience lasts between 20 - 30 minutes and you will be returned back to the Marquee departure lounge where you will disembark the train and can continue to enjoy the activities and games in the Marquee. For the last slots on each day please arrive 1 hour early for your experience as you may not be able to re-enter the Marquee after visiting Santa and we want you to make the most out of your visit!

Once there you will see that if offers Paypal as the way to pay HOWEVER you do not need paypal to be able to pay but need to press the button to see the option to pay by card.
To book, click the 'CLICK TO BOOK' button below. Select Santa's Grotto Off Peak or Peak from the list depending on which date you want to come. Then add how many adults and children you are booking for then select the date and choose a time from the drop down list.
Scroll down a little further in that window to fill in your details completing the form by clicking 'Make Booking'
That's it! You will receive an email confirming your booking to the email address you entered.
